Vasavi Educational Trust came into existence in the year 1979, under the dynamic leadership of Sri. B V Ratnaiah Setty, the Founder President & Sri Belagodu Krishnaiah Setty, the Founder Secretary of the Trust. The visionaries with progressive principles, motivated and like-minded people from various fields joined hands to offer quality education to all sections of the society. The activity of the trust began in late 70's by establishing VET Nursery and Primary school at V.V. Puram with just 8 students which is now in its 4th decade of offering quality education to all.

Over the years, Vasavi educational trust has expanded to 6 institutions including nursery, primary and High schools, PU College, Polytechnic, First Grade College and Post-Graduation College at J.P.Nagar and a full fledge school up to 10th Std at V.V.Puram which are the leading and top ranked Institutions in Bengaluru. All Institutions under the Trust are continuously growing and making positive changes in students and the community at large. Thus, a child joining VET Institutions at the age of 3 years can now aspire to come out as a postgraduate, full of confidence and preparedness to face the challenges of industry and life.

All institutions of VET have scenic and serene campus that provides an environment which is conducive for personal and intellectual growth. The infrastructure acts as a facilitator for the effective delivery of the curriculum. Trust has provided state-of-the-art facilities for its students. They are given utmost encouragement in their areas of interest by providing hi-tech facilities backed by faculty support. The institution places highest priority on innovative programs that include both traditional classroom theory based teaching and learning with equal emphasis on experiential learning. There is a strong impetus on overall personality development of the students with prominence on soft skills.
